Engineering Architect

The Network Science and Engineering Council (NetSE) and the GENI Project Office (GPO) jointly seek outstanding candidates for the position of GENI Engineering Architect.

The Engineering Architect will work closely with the GENI research community, will lead a team of GPO systems engineers to translate the research needs articulated in the GENI Research and Education Plan into the formal requirements and technical design for the GENI facility, and will ensure that GENI's various subcomponent architectures fit into a coherent whole. The individual must work well with and have the full confidence of the Network Science and Engineering Council and the broad research community GENI will serve. The position is full-time and is based in Cambridge, MA, the home of the GPO. Community members are invited to recommend individuals for the position to the search committee of the Network Science and Engineering Council.
